2. 14-Day “No-Questions-Asked” Return Right
You may return any eligible item within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund.

PayPal refunds: Credited back to the same PayPal account. PayPal may hold funds for an additional review period—14 days (or up to 30 days where local law obliges).
3. After the 14-Day Window
Requests received 15–30 days after delivery are assessed case-by-case.

If approved, we may offer store credit, exchange, or partial refund (excluding original shipping subsidy).

After 30 days, we are unable to accommodate returns except for statutory warranty claims (e.g., manufacturing defects).
4. Non-Returnable Items & Hygiene Exceptions
For health, safety, and resale reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty on arrival:

Socks & Tights once the hygiene seal or original packaging is opened.

Gloves, Hats, Scarves that show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or deodorant.

Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
